In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred in the first instance to jjl33's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 16. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through internal resolution, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jjl33 operates under the supervision of PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved through jjl33's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR for review in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaints procedures.
